Manage lender communications, suspense notifications, and pipeline for aged loans, while entering loan data, meeting production/quality standards, and providing weekly suspense reports to management.

Key Responsibilities

•Review loans using company systems to determine purchase eligibility and compliance with Citizens, Agency, FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines.
•Perform loan-level data entry while meeting production and quality standards.
•Distribute suspense notifications to lenders and facilitate clearing conditions by multiple loan review teams.
•Communicate with lenders to answer questions, explain guidelines, and resolve loan-level suspensions.
•Act as primary liaison between the correspondent lender and operations teams, participate in team meetings, and provide weekly suspense reports to management.

Key Requirements

•College degree from a 4-year institution or equivalent experience preferred.
•At least 1-2 years experience in a mortgage banking environment preferred.
•Knowledge of Agency, FHA, USDA, and VA guidelines preferred.
•Demonstrates outstanding customer service levels and communicates clearly verbally and in writing.
•Highly proficient data entry skills with excellent time management, organization, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
