Job Summary

Operate a concrete batch plant using advanced computer batching systems to produce high-quality concrete that meets company and customer specifications. Key Responsibilities

•Ensure accurate batching of concrete by verifying admixtures, dosages, and load quality data to meet specifications.
•Adjust batching weights and quantities to maintain quality standards.
•Champion a safe work environment by following OSHA/MSHA regulations and company policies, including PPE use as required.
•Receive, inspect, and manage raw material inventories and monitor inventories of cement, flyash, and admixtures.
•Oversee cleaning and basic maintenance of the central mix plant, perform preventive maintenance, and report equipment issues.
