Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and delivering personalized financial guidance.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and deliver customized recommendations.
  • •Open consumer and small business accounts and support lending and deposit products, including certificates of deposit and home equity.
  • •Achieve individual activity and outcome goals and manage internal/external centers of influence to drive client acquisition and relationship growth.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including accurate documentation; support branch operations and assist on the teller line as needed.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •1+ years of experience building new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking).
  • •Comfort interacting with small business clients, overcoming objections, and asking fact-finding questions (preferred).
