Job Summary

Translate business requirements into SAP MM/PP functional and system specifications, configure solutions, and drive end-to-end testing from unit through integration and acceptance. Assess and improve business procedures and IT modification designs, design workflow-based programs and systems specs, and troubleshoot production issues. Serve as a technical lead for a subsystem or feature set, manage small to medium complexity projects, and collaborate with subject matter experts in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify business requirements and translate them into functional and system specifications mapped to SAP capabilities, recommending technical solutions.
•Configure SAP system settings and options; plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing while creating system specifications.
•Develop test scenarios/cases and execute test scripts; document results and provide quality assurance feedback to the business.
•Examine current business procedures and system practices, recommend and design improved processes and IT modifications, and write detailed specifications for programs/systems.
•Troubleshoot complex production issues and serve as a technical lead managing small to medium project scope with ongoing collaboration across teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering field and 6+ years of experience, or Master’s with 4+ years, or PhD with 2+ years.
•Experience with end-to-end ERP implementation projects as an SAP MM/PP consultant or functional analyst.
•Hands-on experience configuring SAP Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP), including topics like MRP, inventory management, stock transfers, and planning procedures.
•Experience with business process reengineering, application solution design, and requirement engineering.
•Experience working in an Agile environment with Scrum practices.
