Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct research on topics including industry trends, target audiences, competitor analysis, and media landscape.
  • •Coordinate logistics for client events, including venue setup, audiovisual requirements, catering, and attendee management.
  • •Compile media coverage reports and monthly activity reports for clients.
  • •Press releases translation, news monitoring, and other corporate presentation collateral.
  • •Assist in responding to RFPs and inquiries from clients and/or new business proposals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Language and Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related discipline.
  • •3-5 years PR agency experience and/or journalism or equivalent.
  • •Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English and Cantonese.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills, a team player, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • •Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
