Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure planned customer-requested changes are executed as per schedule while tracking service KPI/SLA achievement.
  • •Provide quick escalation response and take proactive actions to prevent escalations and improve system operation stability.
  • •Analyze service request execution quality and translate customer feedback into structured, time-bound improvements.
  • •Coordinate and orchestrate work across internal and external teams to complete feedback and process improvements.
  • •Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation enhancements and streamlined standard operating procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technologies Management.
  • •5 to 6 years’ experience as a Technical SAP NetWeaver Consultant (ABAP and Java Basis Administration).
  • •Practical knowledge of SAP technologies including SAP NetWeaver, Business Objects, SAP HANA, and SAP Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE).
  • •Experience with managed/hosting services, SAP Private Cloud, or public cloud operations/support.
  • •Knowledge of Linux/UNIX environment and databases including HANA DB and Sybase ASE, with exposure to ITIL framework (preferred).
