Key Responsibilities

  • •Support a team of recruiters with end-to-end new hire coordination, including preparing offer letters and new hire communications.
  • •Coordinate parts of the interview process, including executive/C-suite interview scheduling and follow-up, and manage Super Days of interviewing.
  • •Support the annual summer intern program onboarding and candidate communications.
  • •Administer the background check process, including adjudication of records and raising candidate issues during the process.
  • •Maintain background check system updates and vendor relationships, including Workday integration and legal coordination for hiring law compliance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience operating in a corporate recruiting environment.
  • •Knowledge of talent acquisition (TA) practices and experience working with senior executives and executive assistants.
  • •Experience with sourcing and pipelining candidates, including familiarity with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • •HCM knowledge, preferably with Workday.
  • •Proficiency navigating applicant tracking systems and comfort with G Suite and Microsoft Office.
