Key Responsibilities

  • •Master user roles and use cases for the EPA Next Generation Grant System, including KB articles, SOPs, and training documentation.
  • •Serve as an analyst for development, deployment, migration, or enhancement of enterprise systems such as eRA Commons/modules or GrantSolution.
  • •Analyze and document as-is and to-be business processes across the federal grant lifecycle phases.
  • •Identify operational bottlenecks, compliance gaps, and automation opportunities; develop gap and trade-off analysis recommendations.
  • •Support testing and clarification with the implementation team (e.g., UAT/DR exercises) and participate in meetings with customer and business POCs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of business analysis experience (or commensurate experience).
  • •Direct experience supporting implementations, migrations, or modernizations of eRA or GrantSolutions in a federal agency environment.
  • •Thorough understanding of federal grant policies and the federal grant lifecycle (FOAs/NOFOs through closeout and audit).
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
  • •Ability to maintain a Public Trust clearance.
