Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate across marketing, product management, e-commerce, web, and analytics to drive strategy and prioritize initiatives that result in revenue growth.
•Own end-to-end business performance monitoring by identifying trends, forming hypotheses, and translating data into clear recommendations.
•Synthesize complex business situations into crisp narratives and executive deliverables to support effective decisions.
•Build customer segment understanding to create personalized customer journeys that generate incremental revenue and improve relevancy.
•Develop analytical frameworks and business cases to evaluate growth levers across acquisition, retention, and value expansion, including growth modeling, pricing impact, and promo effectiveness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 148,900 - 271,500 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years in growth, strategy, e-commerce, analytics, corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting with a track record of owning high-impact outcomes at scale.
•BA/BS degree (or equivalent experience), ideally in engineering, finance, or another quantitative area; MBA or similar preferred.
•Proficiency in Tableau, SQL, Adobe Analytics, or comparable tools and platforms.
•Strong analytical instincts: interrogate data, build and pressure-test business models, and surface actionable insights.
•Deep proficiency in subscription revenue and e-commerce funnel metrics, plus experience collaborating across multi-functional teams to launch business initiatives.
