Plan and execute assurance and control activities within Life & Pension processes, helping strengthen the 1st Line of Defence. Ensure internal policies, Group Policies, and regulatory requirements are implemented effectively, and support business teams in interpreting requirements and defining appropriate controls. Identify, assess, and address operational risks, produce management reporting, monitor action plans, and contribute to governance committees in close collaboration with Risk Management, Compliance, Finance, and Operations.
