•Lead the Learning team from strategy to design and delivery of solutions that elevate individual, team and leadership capabilities in support of a high-performance culture.
•Collaborate with People, business stakeholders and leaders to ensure initiatives are clearly defined, adopted, and drive a sustainable business advantage.
•Partner cross-functionally with Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness to craft new resources and experiences across Affirm.
•Create compelling communications and engagement plans to drive change management for People & Organizational Success initiatives.
•Define, measure, and communicate success metrics to demonstrate value of Learning programs and investments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 191,000 - 271,000 annually

•15+ years of experience in learning and leadership development, with a track record of designing and scaling programs for large, global workforces (2500+ employees)
•Strong analytical, data-driven approach to decision-making and ability to influence outcomes
•Experience designing innovative learning modalities (micro-learning, virtual learning, user journeys) and measuring learning impact
•Experience managing learning technology platforms and partnering with People Tech teams/vendors to evolve products/systems
•Excellent communication skills with ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights and drive change across the organization
