  • •Establish data quality, governance, and system integration standards across complex distributed environments.
  • •Recruit, mentor, and manage an engineering team while balancing multiple projects and technical debt/architecture decisions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 260,000 - 290,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or U.S. equivalent) in a related field, plus 7 years of experience designing, developing, and overseeing large-scale data systems or event-driven architectures.
  • •5 years leading the technical design and implementation of scalable, high-throughput data systems or event-driven architectures using modern application frameworks.
  • •5 years developing backend/data engineering systems using programming languages including Java, Python, or Go, plus build and dependency management for distributed platforms.
  • •5 years architecting and maintaining production data models and pipelines, including relational and non-relational databases, dimensional modeling, and distributed ETL/workflow orchestration.
  • •5 years large-scale data processing experience with distributed computing and storage, including SQL/NoSQL, in-memory data stores, messaging/streaming, and workflow or batch processing frameworks.
