Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as one of two Workday security configurators, creating and maintaining domain, role-based, and user security groups and assignments.
  • •Monitor 100+ active Workday security activities in production, investigate anomalies, and escalate issues to the AVP as appropriate.
  • •Receive, log, and process access requests across Workday and related platforms (Peakon, UKG, CEI HR ODS, Reporting & Analytics), applying governance criteria and least-privilege standards.
  • •Analyze governance and audit/access utilization trends, identify recurring risks, and recommend enhancements to security controls and governance processes.
  • •Coordinate audit support activities, validate audit findings with the Workday security configurator colleague, track remediation, and drive issue resolution.

Key Requirements
