Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the Facilities and Back Office team, set objectives, and monitor performance.
  • •Coordinate employee onboarding, workspace allocation, and office seating arrangements.
  • •Oversee daily office operations, facilities management, and relationships with landlords and external service providers.
  • •Run procurement processes, tenders, contract management, and ensure office administration systems and procedures are continuously improved.
  • •Ensure compliance with legal, tax, labor, health & safety, and data protection regulations; support budget planning and audit activities.
