Job Summary

Design, enhance, and support ACE (App Connect Enterprise) integrations and CL ETL Batch pipelines that move and transform PolicyCenter transaction data into secure APIs, downstream feeds, and reporting outputs for operational, financial, print, and regulatory consumers. Own integration solutions end-to-end: implement API contracts and payload mappings (XML/JSON), troubleshoot runtime and scheduling issues in UNIX/Oracle environments, and provide production support through incident analysis and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and enhance ACE integration solutions, including instance-level application support, updates, and alignment with enterprise integration standards.
•Analyze requirements and translate them into API contracts, request/response mappings, transformation logic, and integration error handling.
•Develop and troubleshoot data mappings between PolicyCenter XML or service payloads and downstream schemas used by internal services, print, vendor feeds, and reporting outputs.
•Support CL ETL Batch workflows that consume PolicyCenter transaction data via IDS/Oracle processing and create downstream extracts and statistical records.
•Provide production support: monitor integration jobs, analyze runtime/data processing outcomes, troubleshoot failures, and optimize integration reliability and performance.

Salary: USD 95,500 - 143,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Hands-on integration engineering experience with IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) or comparable middleware/integration platforms, including message routing, protocol connectivity, and data transformation.
•Experience building API and service integrations using token-based authentication and REST services (request construction, header management, endpoint invocation, response parsing, and upstream mapping).
•Strong data mapping/transformation skills across XML and JSON, including downstream record or file layouts.
•Experience with batch data pipelines, file-based integrations, and downstream data feeds for operational or reporting consumers.
•Working knowledge of Oracle data environments, SQL-based troubleshooting, and environment-specific configuration for development through production support.
