Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Bupa Global Opex Manager with robust and informative cost reporting to enhance strategic decision making.
  • •Work with Finance Business Partners and stakeholders to identify opportunities to maximize spend effectiveness and keep costs tightly managed.
  • •Manage central cost centres and apply best-in-class cost control, including preparation of monthly and annual forecasts.
  • •Deliver specific month-end Opex processes and ensure required Management Information is prepared and delivered timely and accurately.
  • •Proactively modify/develop MI to meet strategic requirements and improve processes, plus perform ad hoc analysis as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified accountant, or part-qualified with aspiration to qualify.
  • •3+ years of experience in Finance, ideally in cost management or an analytical environment focused on monthly reporting, forecasting, and planning.
  • •Strong numeracy with ability to process financial data quickly and maintain high attention to detail.
  • •Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills focused on achieving results.
  • •Fluent in English and Arabic; strong stakeholder management experience; Oracle EPM Financials experience is highly desirable.
