Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee construction coordination across the project lifecycle, including design integration, construction documentation, contractor interfaces, and field operations.
  • •Manage construction/implementation: qualification, procurement, selection, contracting, and performance of contractors, vendors, and technical designers; ensure compliance with required procedures.
  • •Ensure project safety and compliance with Environment Health & Safety (EHS) standards; obtain final acceptance for contractor safety plans.
  • •Coordinate design development and integrated project delivery to support constructability, operational readiness, and alignment across workstreams.
  • •Track and report project components (quality and progress), manage budgeting/scheduling, and proactively identify/mitigate construction, operational, interface, and schedule risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or Construction Management or a related field.
  • •Relevant construction/project management experience, with preference for turnkey projects in a large infrastructure industry.
  • •Significant knowledge of infrastructure, engineering, and construction management procedures.
  • •Preferred experience with UK construction contracting methodologies, including NEC contracts and collaborative delivery models.
  • •Must be an organized self-starter with strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and team collaboration skills, able to work independently and lead teams.
