Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on customer and company-owned pump, power, and HVAC equipment at the Niagara Falls Advanced Solutions facility. Diagnose equipment failures at the shop and customer locations, manage work orders and service intervals using laptops/tablets, and order parts. Travel to job sites when required to service power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment, and oil-free air compressors, while keeping OSHA-focused safe practices and complete documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Practice safe job practices while repairing equipment.
•Use laptops and tablets to create, assign, and monitor work orders and track machine service intervals.
•Travel to customer job sites when required to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment, and oil-free air compressors.
•Troubleshoot equipment failures at the shop and on customer locations and complete repairs.
•Maintain complete, timely electronic documentation of work performed and assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
