Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and monitor field construction activities to ensure compliance with design documents, specifications, and regulatory requirements
  • •Support Project Managers in managing scope, schedule, and budget across multiple active aviation projects
  • •Serve as liaison between contractors, consultants, and airport stakeholders (operations, maintenance, security, and other departments)
  • •Attend and contribute to Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings, progress meetings, and construction coordination sessions
  • •Review contractor mobilization plans and provide recommendations prior to Notice to Proceed

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field, plus 6 years of relevant experience
  • •Experience supporting aviation or airport infrastructure projects
  • •Familiarity with construction management platforms such as Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and SharePoint
  • •Working knowledge of FAA regulations, airport safety standards, and environmental compliance requirements
  • •Proficiency with project scheduling tools and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite)
