Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and monitor field construction activities to ensure compliance with design documents, specifications, and regulatory requirements
•Support Project Managers in managing scope, schedule, and budget across multiple active aviation projects
•Serve as liaison between contractors, consultants, and airport stakeholders (operations, maintenance, security, and other departments)
•Attend and contribute to Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings, progress meetings, and construction coordination sessions
•Review contractor mobilization plans and provide recommendations prior to Notice to Proceed

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field, plus 6 years of relevant experience
•Experience supporting aviation or airport infrastructure projects
•Familiarity with construction management platforms such as Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and SharePoint
•Working knowledge of FAA regulations, airport safety standards, and environmental compliance requirements
•Proficiency with project scheduling tools and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite)
