Key Responsibilities

•Grow and retain targeted client relationships by coordinating delivery of value-added financial solutions to existing and prospective clients.
•Develop business development strategy to generate new business and drive profitable new credit and non-credit business within assigned territory.
•Provide leadership and direction to credit staff and foster communication between customers and internal teams from application through closing.
•Review and underwrite credit requests, ensuring appropriateness of existing services and that repayment sources are sound and documented.
•Develop revenue growth through loans, deposits, fee income, and cross-selling; prepare and present credit proposals and monitor customer performance to determine acceptable loan risk.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 121,900 - 262,100 annually

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred.
•8–10+ years of experience in Banking, Investment Banking, M&A, or Capital Markets.
•Minimum 3 years of experience at the Director level.
•Strong corporate finance and credit skills with a track record originating and closing complex financial transactions.
•Securities licenses required per Fifth Third guidelines (SIE, Series 79, and 63); Series 24 preferred.
