Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience managing or supervising in a high-volume production environment.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing environments, production rate, critical path analysis, and core manufacturing fundamentals.
  • •Full understanding of the product life cycle (NPI to scaled production), lean manufacturing principles, and change management (ECOs).
  • •Ability to interpret technical documentation (e.g., mechanical drawings, work instructions, equipment specs, electrical schematics).
  • •Hands-on hardware experience with troubleshooting, safety procedures, and training/development of production staff; knowledge of 5S, lean manufacturing or 6-Sigma principles.
