Job Summary

Drive user growth across the customer lifecycle, from acquiring new users to improving engagement, retention, repeat transactions, and lifetime value. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Data, Partnerships, and CRM teams to deliver data-driven growth initiatives. Own the development and optimization of lifecycle and CRM campaigns, run and evaluate experiments to improve key conversion metrics, and analyze customer behavior using segmentation and cohort analysis to identify growth opportunities.
