Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently conduct site inspections in the selected discipline.
  • •Review design information, tolerances, and agreed methods of working.
  • •Assess whether test procedures and recorded results demonstrate compliance with specifications and industry codes.
  • •Produce documentation including site observation reports and keep detailed diaries of inspections, reviews, and decisions.
  • •Coordinate with contractors’ commissioning teams, participate in meetings/workshops as required, and track task completion against project milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •MEP / Building services Engineering degree (BSc Mechanical Engineering or BSc Building Services Engineering).
  • •Minimum 5 years of job-related experience with an engineering degree (or 6 years with a college diploma / 7 years with a college or trade certificate).
  • •Metro experience is essential.
  • •Industry accreditations/certifications such as BCA, ACG, or NEBB (desirable).
  • •Able to work independently on complex tasks with significant experience and advanced competencies.
