Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted technical advisor for partners adopting the GR00T End-to-End Workflow.
  • •Guide robotic ecosystem partners in architecting end-to-end adoption of GR00T, with focus on model deployment on the robot.
  • •Represent partner needs internally and provide feedback to NVIDIA’s Isaac, GEAR research, and Jetson product teams to influence roadmaps.
  • •Build and maintain deep expertise in NVIDIA robotics SDKs and platforms, including Isaac GR00T, Isaac Lab, Isaac Sim, Isaac ROS, Newton, Isaac Teleop, and Jetson Thor.
  • •Track emerging trends in robotics and VLA/WAM models to identify opportunities and inform the evolution of the reference architecture and support product launches and event marketing.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 184,000 - 356,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of professional experience in robotics, autonomous vehicles, or equivalent fields.
  • •Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Technical background in at least two of: robot foundation models, imitation learning, reinforcement learning, robot simulation, synthetic data generation, or embedded/edge deployment.
  • •Hands-on experience with robot learning frameworks/tools (e.g., LeRobot, Isaac Lab, MuJoCo) and deploying models on embedded platforms (Jetson or comparable).
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills for technical and executive audiences, including structuring and delivering complex, multi-quarter engagements.
