Key Responsibilities

  • •Present technical training in house and at customer sites, including managing classroom/lab activities and safety practices.
  • •Maintain and disseminate product technical knowledge; complete and support certifications, including safety modules and course updates.
  • •Use technical publications and business units to improve and update documentation, evaluate instructors, and support course development approval.
  • •Provide troubleshooting and technical expertise to support system repairs and ensure training systems meet course objectives, including safety retrofits.
  • •Coach other instructors, lead or support customer satisfaction improvements, and assist with selling/positioning technical training products.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a Process Support Engineer (PSE) or within a Process Diagnostic Center (PDC) environment.
  • •Able to present specialized/customized technical training in-house and at customer sites.
  • •Maintain product technical knowledge and support course delivery, including certifications and safety modules.
  • •Use Technical Publications and System Business Units to improve documentation and update course materials.
  • •Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting and support system repairs related to course objectives.
