Job Summary

Two Auckland-based Client Executive opportunities (Commercial and SME) focused on delivering excellent client service across an allocated portfolio. You’ll manage end-to-end client journeys, lead renewals, collaborate with Claims and ABS teams, optimise processes for efficiency and compliance, and drive continuous improvement with data insights and risk management.

Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the end-to-end client journey, coordinating with Claims teams and ABS to ensure smooth, timely support.
•Take ownership of a small portfolio of SME/Commercial clients requiring standard product sets and contribute to client planning with Client Directors/Managers.
•Lead renewal and mid-term discussions to ensure advice is timely, accurate, and aligned with client needs.
•Optimise systems and processes to drive efficiency, scalability, compliance, and a strong colleague and client experience.
•Champion continuous improvement using data insights and best practice to deliver high-standard outcomes and mitigate risks.

Key Requirements

•Client-first mindset with a focus on delivering great client outcomes and building long-term relationships.
•Strong communication skills, able to explain insurance concepts clearly in written and verbal form.
