Key Responsibilities

•Leads engagement with one or several sales teams with limited oversight from the manager in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures.
•Contributes to defining the category business plan and strategies to drive growth and profitability.
•Collaborates with marketing, sales, and finance to ensure seamless execution of category plans.
•Monitors KPIs and sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develops action plans accordingly.
•Builds relationships and represents the team at a senior level with the sales force and other partners.

Key Requirements

•Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline; typically 7-10 years of work experience in category management, P&L management, or sales
•Proven experience in category management and driving growth and profitability through defined business plans
•Experience collaborating with marketing, sales and finance to execute category plans and manage KPIs
•Experience with hybrid solution ecosystems or AV solutions is preferred
•Strong ability to gather and analyze customer feedback to drive actionable improvements
