Job Summary

Own the P&L for U.S. Bank’s unsecured lending products (including Personal Loan, Personal Line, Simple Loan, and Wisetack) and drive origination growth, profitability, and plan performance. Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, optimize pricing/promotions and credit policy, and use competitive intelligence to track market share. Lead cross-functional collaboration to define and launch new unsecured lending products and partnerships, including early-stage initiatives.

•Operate as a P&L owner for unsecured lending products, applying expertise across the application funnel, credit losses, expenses, and profitability.
•Manage end-to-end product lifecycle and identify enhancements that increase originations or product profitability in partnership with marketing, branch sales, and underwriting.
•Optimize pricing, promotions, and credit policy to drive originations growth and maximize RAM for existing products.
•Conduct competitive intelligence to ensure product competitiveness and measure market share trends.
•Design and launch new unsecured lending products and partnerships (including Wisetack), defining and communicating product vision, business case, and long-term roadmap.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 133,365 - 156,900 annually
