RBW Transformation and Business Architect role within Hang Seng Bank’s Retail Banking & Wealth division. Key Responsibilities

•Provide Programme Management Office (PMO) governance for end-to-end RBW strategy and transformation programmes, from investment case development to funding allocation, delivery risks and controls monitoring, and portfolio delivery governance.
•Host Programme Steering Committee meetings and prepare meeting materials.
•Track and analyze cost utilization and benefits realization across RBW initiatives.
•Provide updates to senior management on complex topics with clear recommendations to drive decision making.
•Assist RBW in developing business and transformation strategies to achieve Group and Bank goals, and act as internal consultant to identify opportunities for transformation and process improvements.

Key Requirements

•Perform Programme Management Office (PMO) function to govern the end-to-end RBW strategy and transformation programmes/initiatives delivery, from investment case development to funding allocation, delivery risks and controls monitoring, and portfolio delivery governance.
•Host Programme Steering Committee meetings and prepare meeting materials.
