Key Responsibilities

•Oversee infrastructure and systems administration, including Windows servers, networking, cloud services, telecommunications, storage, and end-user devices.
•Manage Help Desk operations and technical support, including service levels, escalation, and user documentation.
•Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID) with user accounts, permissions, licensing, and security settings.
•Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies, including monitoring vulnerabilities, endpoint protection, identity/access management, MFA, and security awareness training.
•Lead and participate in technology projects from planning through implementation, coordinating staff, consultants, and vendors while ensuring on-time delivery and budgets.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 80,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent education/experience).
•Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible IT experience.
•At least two (2) years of supervisory or team leadership experience (preferred).
•Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments and supporting macOS systems.
•Experience with Windows Server administration, enterprise networking, cloud services, cybersecurity, and endpoint management.
