Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform general facilities upkeep and assist skilled trades to keep infrastructure and assets in good working order.
  • •Support exterior maintenance such as lawn care, power washing, trash pick-up, graffiti removal, and drive-thru/ATM cleaning.
  • •Assist with preventive maintenance including filter changes and oiling mechanical systems, and clean/maintain assigned vehicles.
  • •Report unsafe electrical conditions and respond to emergency situations during regular and after-hours work for immediate safety concerns.
  • •Handle building/branch requests by addressing problems, assisting with moving furniture/equipment, maintaining work logs/receipts/paperwork, and maintaining clean and orderly work sites.

Key Requirements

  • •Equivalent to four years of high school or GED, plus 2 years of related experience and/or training (or an equivalent combination).
  • •Ability to effectively communicate with customers, clients, the public, and employees in person and in small groups.
  • •Ability to perform basic mathematical tasks including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and working with rates, ratios, percent, and graphs.
  • •Ability to use common sense to follow written, oral, and diagrammed instructions and handle routine problems with several known variables.
  • •Must have a valid Driver's License.
