VP, Construction Claims

Lead the Construction & Infrastructure Claims team, providing day-to-day operational direction and senior escalation support for complex, high-exposure matters. Manage, train, and mentor claims professionals while overseeing coverage advocacy across multiple construction-related lines. Partner with clients, producers, carriers, TPAs, defense counsel, and vendors to ensure consistent, outcome-focused claims management, including reserve strategy, litigation posture, stewardship reporting, and data-driven performance improvements.
