Key Responsibilities

  • •Timely and accurate processing of payrolls, termination payments, and related queries within SLA.
  • •Handle escalated issues and assist with resolution of complex payroll-related queries and ad hoc business requirements.
  • •Collaborate with ESPS team members to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
  • •Serve as a level 2 quality checker to ensure accurate payroll processing and adherence to guidelines and policies.
  • •Drive and monitor compliance with global/local policies, internal control standards, and regulatory requirements while staying updated on regulations and best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •A Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • •4-7 years of experience in payroll processing or related roles.
  • •Proficiency in payroll software/systems for data entry, calculations, and payroll reporting; familiarity with SAP is beneficial.
  • •Strong understanding of payroll principles, processes, and regulations, including tax laws, deductions, benefits, and reporting.
  • •Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll data entry and calculations.
