Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the delivery of cost and commercial management services across workplace, fit-out, refurbishment and capital projects.
  • •Prepare and manage feasibility estimates, cost plans, budgets, cash flow forecasts and benchmark studies.
  • •Provide strategic cost advice throughout planning, design, procurement and delivery phases.
  • •Manage procurement processes, tender evaluations and commercial negotiations, including administering contracts and assessing variations.
  • •Monitor project financial performance, forecasting, risk and change control; prepare and present cost reports and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Property Economics, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • •Professional membership of AIQS, RICS, MRICS, CQS or equivalent, or working towards accreditation.
  • •8+ years' experience in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
  • •Demonstrated experience delivering workplace, fit-out, refurbishment, commercial real estate or capital projects.
  • •Strong capability in cost planning, estimating, procurement, contract administration and post-contract cost management.
