Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop collaborative customer solutions by leveraging supply chain, transportation, and warehousing knowledge.
  • •Drive service improvements through schedule optimization, order swaps, and material substitutions.
  • •Support strategic customer planning and execution for new business onboarding, large/strategic accounts, service concerns, and account turnarounds.
  • •Deliver supply chain solutions via internal and external project action plans, including safety stocks, reorder points, VMI, business transfers, and order campaigns.
  • •Use analytics and reporting to identify trends and opportunities, meet service KPIs, and mitigate customer risk during capacity or execution impacts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  • •2+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Packaging, and Customer Service / Supply Chain environments.

  • •Strong communication skills and the ability to positively influence at all levels, internal and external.
  • •Ability to travel domestically about 10% and work in an office environment.
