Job Summary

Own end-to-end live, virtual, and hybrid event production in an executive-facing setting. Lead onsite load-in, setup, testing, and teardown of AV equipment while troubleshooting lighting, microphones, cameras, and video switching. Moderate events across Webex and Microsoft Teams, manage chat and Q&A, and run practice sessions and dry runs. Deliver seamless audio/video/network performance, execute show flow, and handle live contingency actions.

•Proven experience in technology governance, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
•Strong hands-on experience in live event production, AV support, and event platform scheduling and moderation.
