Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop test program infrastructure using best-known methods.
  • •Validate new product features, test conditions, test methodologies, and test contents during first silicon bring-up.
  • •Create and optimize test patterns after bring-up to enable mass production.
  • •Develop, debug, and characterize test patterns and test flows.
  • •Analyze part failures and use findings to improve testing and characterization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CNY 144,550 - 206,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or comparable disciplines.
  • •Experience with scripting languages such as Perl, Ruby, and shell scripting.
  • •Proficiency in Linux, Unix, or Windows OS.
  • •Experience with silicon debug and lab instrumentation such as logic analyzers, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes.
  • •ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) test experience and statistical analysis to address population mean and outliers.
