Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide general project support and administration for the Waterfront and Docking Service Delivery teams.
  • •Draft, review, and ensure maintenance instructions are complete and sufficient for service providers to perform assigned maintenance operations.
  • •Oversee maintenance activities conducted by service providers on board naval vessels to required quality standards in a safe and environmentally friendly manner.
  • •Compile work item closure reports, ensure completeness/accuracy, and enter closure into the designated project tool.
  • •Generate and manage documentation and reports (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), maintain subcontractor records, support purchase requisitions/POs, and prepare agendas and meeting minutes.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical program diploma in a marine technical field, or technologist/technician certification from a recognized licensing body.
  • •Minimum of four (4) years of practical hands-on experience performing and coordinating maintenance activities within the last ten (10) years.
  • •Strong computer literacy with proven experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • •Experience interfacing between internal/external stakeholders in a project (procurement, project management, or warehouse experience is desirable).
