Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with senior business leaders to translate business priorities into people and organizational strategies.
  • •Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives including organization design, workforce planning, leadership capability building, succession planning, and change management.
  • •Coach and advise leaders on performance management, employee relations, talent development, retention, engagement, and career growth.
  • •Lead annual HR processes such as performance management, talent reviews, compensation planning, promotion planning, and employee development.
  • •Use people data and employee insights to identify trends, diagnose organizational challenges, and recommend scalable solutions while partnering with HR COEs and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Behavioral Sciences, Organizational Psychology, or related field; Master’s is an advantage.
  • •10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience in a global, fast-paced, complex organization.
  • •Proven experience partnering with senior leaders to influence organizational and people decisions.
  • •Strong experience across organizational change, talent management, workforce planning, leadership development, and complex employee relations, with strong analytical skills.
  • •Fluent English and Hebrew (written and spoken).
