Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and improve process condition and technology, including upgrading process capability and reducing production cost.
  • •Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment and evaluate, promote, and plan new equipment/materials.
  • •Analyze data and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve process issues and control process deviations.
  • •Coordinate and execute process/equipment/material evaluations and optimization, and implement improvements at process steps/loops.
  • •Participate in new process qualifications and handle internal/customer audits while collaborating with material suppliers to meet yield, quality, cost, and risk objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
  • •Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels.
  • •Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry is preferred.
  • •Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiment / engineering statistical data analysis would be advantageous.
