Associate Director - Cost / Commercial Management

Lead end-to-end cost management for construction projects from initiation to completion, owning cost planning, reporting, controls, and governance. Serve as the key day-to-day client interface across multidisciplinary teams, driving value-added cost management outcomes through benchmarking, value engineering, and life cycle costing. Manage a cost team with line-management responsibilities, oversee invoicing processes (including D-365), and support commercial negotiations to protect budgets, manage variations, and meet client objectives.
