Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of cost management services across construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and budgetary targets are met.
  • •Provide line management for cost managers and team members, including structured guidance, feedback, performance reviews, and hiring support.
  • •Act as the key day-to-day client interface and lead multidisciplinary teams including clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • •Develop cost benchmarks, establish robust cost reporting and control mechanisms, and oversee estimating and cost planning revisions.
  • •Act as Commission Manager, monitor budgets and financial performance, lead commercial negotiations and contract administration, and manage invoicing using D-365.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • •Minimum 15 years’ experience in cost management, preferably with financial institutions background.
  • •Strong communication and leadership skills, including experience in people management.
  • •Strong business acumen with the ability to drive outcomes for clients and coordinate with construction and design teams to meet deadlines.
  • •Client management experience using advisory skills to enhance delivery through value management, value engineering, and life cycle costing.
