Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and support engineering tender responses and RFQ review, including feasibility assessment and specification interpretation.
  • •Develop supplier networks and manage supply chain activities to secure sufficient supplier options and offers for PMU review.
  • •Advise on technical and commercial exceptions, and formulate/optimize costing sheets and formal offers to meet project deadlines.
  • •Provide engineering design support for product customisations/modifications (component/equipment selection, electrical/mechanical design where applicable, and technical documentation).
  • •Inspect, evaluate, and test project-related equipment/materials/works from OEMs, suppliers, and subcontractors to verify performance, quality requirements, and applicable standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Conduct initial feasibility assessments of opportunities and interpret technical project specifications for pre-award and post-award submissions.
  • •Develop and maintain supplier networks (local and international) to support competitive pricing and offer generation.
  • •Formulate and optimize project costing sheets and formal offers using OEM equipment specifications to meet deadlines.
  • •Select appropriate equipment and customisations to meet specifications and site conditions, supporting post-submission TQs, meetings, and presentations.
  • •Align activities with ISO 9001 and participate in relevant audits and process improvement activities.
