Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line ambassador for Coach. Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and tailored recommendations while driving cross-sell and upsell to meet sales goals and KPIs. •Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice; source new customers and follow up to close sales.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting individual and team KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including use of walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow schedule flexibility (nights/weekends/holidays).
