Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent Coach as a brand ambassador by following the Guide to Style and Service standards and building lasting client relationships.
  • •Drive sales by cross-selling, upselling, and making tailored product recommendations while meeting individual and team KPIs.
  • •Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
  • •Complete daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction handling (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
  • •Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, managing product movement, and assisting teammates across functional areas.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
  • •Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including reading price/release sheets.
  • •Strong English proficiency and ability to use walkie-talkies as required.
  • •Luxury retail background plus social media savvy, including clienteling and data acquisition skills.
  • •Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.
