Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage and develop a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to regularly achieve production targets.
  • •Ensure safe movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center while meeting or exceeding production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify strengths/weaknesses, coach and provide feedback, and handle performance management.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory; lead repair or reject decisions with the Inspection Center General Manager.
  • •Train associates using Quality Control standards to complete repairs effectively and efficiently the first time, minimizing re-checks and delays.
