Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and evolve the Heidi Remote Android app alongside the wider Remote team.
  • •Build and maintain Bluetooth/device connectivity, sync, and settings flows.
  • •Ship Remote V2 setup experiences, including pairing and clinic/hospital Wi‑Fi onboarding.
  • •Collaborate with iOS and Desktop to keep shared device behaviour consistent across platforms.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of professional Android development, fluent in Kotlin and the Android ecosystem.
  • •Solid experience with modern Android, including Jetpack and architecture patterns such as MVVM or Clean.
  • •Experience with Bluetooth or other connected/IoT-style devices.
  • •Familiarity with REST APIs, offline-friendly patterns, and production debugging.
  • •Comfort owning features end-to-end in a fast-paced, high-agency team.
