Provide expert cardiology care with clinical autonomy for complex cardiovascular conditions. Diagnose and manage inpatient and outpatient cardiac cases, perform and interpret advanced diagnostics (e.g., EKGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, cardiac catheterization), and deliver evidence-based treatment plans. Lead daily rounds, supervise Assistant Cardiology Specialists, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes, while supporting teaching, research, and continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver advanced, evidence-based care across a broad spectrum of cardiac conditions such as coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmia, and congenital heart disease.
•Assess, diagnose, and manage inpatient and outpatient cardiac patients independently and under senior consultant guidance when needed.
•Perform and interpret diagnostic tests (EKGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, cardiac catheterization) and use results to guide treatment plans.
•Lead daily rounds and coordinate holistic patient care with other healthcare providers and multidisciplinary teams.
•Supervise and mentor Assistant Specialists and junior medical staff; participate in grand rounds, case discussions, and professional development activities.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of clinical cardiology experience, including inpatient and outpatient cardiac care, diagnostic procedures, and advanced treatments.
•Advanced knowledge of cardiology clinical practices, diagnostic tools, and treatment protocols.
•Proficiency performing and interpreting diagnostic tests including EKGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, and cardiac catheterization.
•Ability to perform invasive cardiology procedures within scope of privileges (including catheterizations, angioplasty, pacemaker implantation, and electrophysiological studies).
•Leadership and mentorship ability, including supervising assistant specialists and supporting the professional development and evaluation of junior team members.
