Job Summary

Experienced Mission Operator to deliver world-class training for USSOCOM partner components, manage cUAS hardware/software configurations, and liaise between SOF customers and Anduril teams to strengthen training programs and fielded systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver training and education to SOF components across the Systems Integration Partner family-of-systems
•Directly support 1SFC G3 & G8 efforts aligned with C-UAS training, operations, and capability development
•Collaborate with USASOC HQ G3 & G8 on C-UAS training, operations, and capability development aligned with USSOCOM PoR systems
•Contribute to training curriculums across platforms, from simulations and knowledge portals to hands-on training
•Manage end-to-end hardware and software configurations for all assigned cUAS equipment

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 126,000 - 167,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8 years of work experience in the US Army Special Forces community
•Ownership mentality with strong initiative in managing your own work in isolated environments
•Resourcefulness with bias towards action and taking responsibility early in your Anduril career
•Independent collaborator comfortable representing Anduril at remote sites and co-located with customers
•Training background, including planning training events, curriculum development, and/or delivering training
•Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
