  • •Utilize AS9100, APQP/PPAP and structured problem-solving (8D, 5-Whys, Fishbone) to resolve manufacturing issues and improve process reliability.
  • •Leverage PLM, ERP, and QMS systems to drive supplier transparency and data-driven quality decisions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 117,500 - 161,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in Supplier Industrialization, Manufacturing Engineering, or Quality Engineering with a focus on composite airframe structures, bonded assemblies, and complex metallic components; deep technical expertise.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Materials, or Manufacturing Engineering (Advanced degree preferred).
  • •Proven ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues on-site at suppliers, particularly in layup, infusion, autoclave/oven cure cycles, and precision structural assembly.
  • •Deep proficiency in AS9100, AS9145 (APQP/PPAP) and structured problem-solving (8Ds, 5-Whys, Fishbone) within a regulated aerospace environment.
  • •Experience building or leading technical teams through an OEM production ramp, balancing immediate issues with long-term process scalability.
