Job Summary

Own the strategy and end-to-end execution of card issuing products for a global payment business. Partner with international teams to translate business models and growth priorities into scalable product plans, and guide lifecycle capabilities from concept through launch and optimization. Drive improvements using product and business metrics, user feedback, operational pain points, and regulatory changes, while coordinating cross-functionally across risk, compliance, engineering, and regional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with international business lines to understand business models, user scenarios, and growth priorities, translating them into card-issuing product strategies.
•Lead end-to-end design and evolution of card issuing products and capabilities, including lifecycle management, authorization controls, transaction processing, spend controls, cardholder experience, and settlement/refund-dispute journeys.
•Own product strategy and execution across the full lifecycle, covering user experience and backend platform capabilities such as risk controls, compliance integration, operational tooling, and data frameworks.
•Be accountable for core product and business metrics and continuously enhance issuing capabilities based on performance insights, regulatory developments, and industry trends.
•Work cross-functionally across business, operations, risk, compliance, finance, partnerships, engineering, and regional teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, and improve product governance and delivery processes across multiple markets.

Key Requirements

•Skilled at communicating with multiple functional teams and establishing cooperation to deliver effective solutions in multi-team collaborations.
•Strong ownership, prompt response, quick implementation, and collaboration mindset to take full responsibility for business outcomes.
•Strong business sense and user experience design skills with strong attention to detail and a customer-empathetic product mindset.
•Strong logical thinking and structural thinking, with excellent ability of abstraction and induction, comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced change.
•5+ years of hands-on experience in consumer-facing product lifecycle management, including market analysis, user research, requirement analysis, product requirements, and data analysis/operations; payment domain knowledge is preferred.
