Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide expert technical consultancy and act as lead technical member to deliver assigned work packages for workplace services AV.
  • •Develop robust IT solution designs and solution architectures that meet service-level requirements for availability, capacity, continuity, security, performance, and reliability.
  • •Collaborate with IT technology teams to implement monitoring and ensure level 1 & 2 incidents are configured within EMS.
  • •Guide project managers and technology team managers for solution definition, technical design, and in-house development delivered on agreed costs and timescales.
  • •Maintain high-quality documentation (detailed design, configuration details, support procedures, operations manuals, and deployment architecture) and manage end-of-life replacements.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or Honours (12+3) or equivalent.
  • •5+ years of experience in Information Technology.
  • •Experience managing and administrating Microsoft Teams Room Systems.
  • •Expert knowledge of video walls, meeting room, and audio/visual technologies following AVIXA standards and AVoIP projects.
  • •Proven experience using Jira, Confluence, and SNOW frameworks and translating business requirements into technical solutions with senior stakeholder management.
